Customer Policy

Dear Guests,

In Order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following policies of The Lime Villa, under which rooms are permitted to be used by the guest(s):-

  1. Tariff : The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes. Meals and other services are available at extra cost. To know your room tariff, please contact the Duty Manager.

  2. Check-in time is 11am Please present your PAN Card & Passport upon Check-in. By Law visitors must present personal documents for hotel records. A photocopy is retained by the Hotel and original returned to the guest immediately after check-in.  A valid signed, and pre-approved credit card in the name of the guest registration is also required. Early check-in may eb possible and is based on availability.   

  3. Check out time is 9:30am. Please inform the reception at least 24 hours prior, if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Depending upon availability, an extension may be possible at the normal tariff. If a guest does vacate the room on time, the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.

  4. In & Out Timings: Lime Villas is a home-stay kind of environment with family living on the premises. So, entry & exit is between 6am and 10pm. If you need the gate opened between 10pm and 6am on any night, please inform the owner (Mrs. Reeta Gupta) at least 24 hours prior.

  5. GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS: Guests must be 18 years and older.  Please make sure to receive a reservation confirmation number when you make a reservation.

    • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. We accept Visa and Master Card.

    • We do not charge your credit card at the time you make your reservations.  Your credit card guarantees your reservations.

    • Reservations must be cancelled by email or by phone call at least forty-eight (48 hours), hotel time, prior to your arrival date, to avoid a one (1) room night, plus tax cancellation fee.  If you cancel a reservation, you must obtain and save the cancellation number for your records. 

    • Reservations will be held until 11:00 a.m. the morning following your scheduled arrival date.  If you have not checked in by that time, a NO-SHOW charge of one room night, plus tax will be charged to your credit card and the balance of your reservations will be cancelled. 

    • Note: Lime Villa is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes which may be the reason for late cancellations.

  6. SPECIAL REQUESTS: We will make every effort to honor special requests such as a specific floor or room number etc. upon your arrival. However, the availability cannot be guaranteed in advance. 
     

  7. Pets: Pets are strictly not permitted on the premises.

  8. FREE WiFi ACCESS: Access to our WiFi is free for our registered guests.  The hotel WiFi access code is subject to change without notice.  WiFi signals are subject to change without notice depending on the room’s location, the status of our WiFi-equipment, and interference from other local wireless signals.  Lime Villa assumes no liability for guest use. 

  9. Guest's safety & belongings: Guests are requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out and before retiring for the night. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from the hotel room.

  10. 100% Smoke Free - For safety and health reasons, we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing the liquid of nicotine, hookahs, incense, cooking, cigars, candle burning, the use or diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant-based essential oils or synthetic products inside the hotel.  This policy is not intended to stop people from smoking, but to regulate where they smoke and how it affects others.   A Designated Smoking Area (for cigarettes only) is provided outside and away from the building (lower garden)  

  11. LOST & FOUND POLICY: Lime Villa assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item. Lime Villa is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest.  However, except for perishable items, any items found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to 30 months.  Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has found.  Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.   

  12. Alcohol Policy: Registered guests of legal age who choose to bring their own alcoholic beverages must consumed those in their room.  Alcohol is not allowed in public areas such as the lobby, halls, etc however with permission it is allowed in the garden. 

  13. Hazardous Goods: Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and/or any article of a combustible or hazardous nature are strictly prohibited on hotel premises. In the event of suspected illegal activity, management reserves the right to summon law enforcement to aid in eviction.  The right to privacy ends when a Hotel Policy/House Rule is broken.  Law enforcement will be granted immediate access to hotel property and rooms of evicted guests.
    The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees’ visitors, agents, and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests' negligence and non-compliance of Hotel policies.

  14. ILLNESS AND EPIDEMICS: Lime Villa reserves the right to refuse accommodations to a guest arriving with a contagious disease.  In cases where sickness occurs during the stay, please notify the Front Desk staff.  In the case of serious sickness, you may be requested to receive appropriate health care from a nearby healthcare facility.  During epidemics we are entitled to employ precautionary measures within our judgment or as required by local authorities.  We may charge you a room cleaning fee as we deem appropriate under the circumstances.

  15. INFESTATION: The cleanliness of our rooms is extremely important to our guests.  If you bring any infestation into your room or onto our hotel premises, we may charge you for all costs and expenses, including immediate or urgent response requirements and loss of room revenue, that we deem necessary to address the infestation. 

  16. Damage to Property: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by them, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.

  17. Management's Rights:

  • QUIET HOURS:  10:00 p.m. to 9 a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Front Desk staff immediately by room phone or in person. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be always kept at a respectful low level.  Doors should be opened and closed quietly.  No congregating or running in halls.

  • It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not be noisy or an annoyance to others. The Management has the right to request any such guest to vacate his/her room and other areas of the hotel without notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest’s belongings from the room occupied by him/her.

  • VISITORS:    No visitors after 10:00 p.m. Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival.  Visitors must be always accompanied by the registered guest.  As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.

  • NO IN-ROOM PARTY: Lime Villa enforces a No In-Room Party Policy to ensure we can always protect the hotel and our guests.  No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are tolerated on the premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise.  If the disturbance continues, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund.   Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting.  Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 10:00 P.M.  If people not listed on the Guest Registration Form are found after 10:00 P.M. your stay will be considered a party.  You will be ordered to vacate the premises without refund and may be access Guest Compensation Disturbance Fee.

  • RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:   Lime Villa is privately owned and operated.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s).

  • Government rules and regulations and application of laws: Guest are requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

Lime Villa makes its best efforts to ensure that all the information that appears on its website is accurate.  However, no warranty, expressed or implied, is given that the information provided on this website is error free.  Lime Villa does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserves the right to change the information published at any time and without notice. Please check our website regularly for updates to Hotel Policy/House Rules. Any modification to these Hotel Policy/House Rules that occurs before your departure is considered a part of your reservation agreement with us.
